The hotel was quiet and absolutely gorgeous in the center of a good shopping area. I had a brand-new and large room with down pillows. The location was good, within easy walking distance of Vista Ridge Mall.

The rooms here are super clean and look like they were just built yesterday. 😊 the staff is really friendly and willing to help with anything you need.

The room was huge and reasonably spacious, thanks to the nice staff. The location of the hotel was good, in the center of a good shopping area. It was near a dance competition, shopping mall, retail stores, restaurants, and a basketball court. Everything was simply awesome.

During our stay at Homewood Suites, we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room. It was quite hot outside, but the staff quickly offered us a fan to make our stay more comfortable. Despite the AC problem, their prompt response and willingness to find a solution showed great customer service.

The space for a large family. The location was ideal and easy to find. A cosy atmosphere with the fire place blazing on our arrival.

The night staff was not particularly friendly..we requested baby cot at time of booking however that was not in the suite when we night staff gave the impression that we were bothering him in asking for the cot. After trying to assembly the cot and could not we asked for a workable one only to be told that there was no more. He eventually came to help us but only after telling us that he is the only one on shift and might be unable to assist.

Hotel was great, a little pricey for the amenities but still great for what we needed.

The rooms are spacious and nicely updated with high-end appliances, providing great value for money. The staff is friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options to satisfy all guests. We especially loved the attention to detail in the air conditioning system, ensuring a comfortable temperature in the rooms.
